Quikin.vip provides users with memberships to partnered clubs, bars, and other venues, allowing for free entry, and the ability to pay for items within these venues using our Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use Quikin.vip, you must be of the legal drinking age of the country in which the venue resides and eligible to enter into legally binding agreements. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements

3. Account Registration

• To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account.

4. Memberships and Subscriptions

• Quikin.vip offers different membership plans which provide various benefits such as free entry to partnered venues and payment options within these venues.
• The details, pricing, and benefits of each membership plan are described on the Platform.
• By purchasing a membership, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes associated with the membership plan.
• Quikin.vip memberships are strictly personal and non-transferable. Memberships cannot be sold, transferred, or passed on to others, including through a will or any other testamentary transfer.

5. Payments

• Quikin.vip enables users to pay for items within partnered venues using the Platform.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to the payment processor's terms and conditions.
• You are responsible for any fees or charges associated with your transactions on the Platform.

6. Partnered Venues

• Quikin.vip partners with various clubs, bars, and other venues to offer membership benefits.
• The availability and terms of these benefits are subject to change and may vary by venue.
• Quikin.vip is not responsible for the actions, services, or policies of partnered venues.

7. User Conduct

• You agree to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms and all applicable local laws and regulations.
• You agree not to:
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Quikin.vip or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written permission from Quikin.vip.

9. Termination

• Quikin.vip may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

10. Limitation of Liability

Quikin.vip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform.
• Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform.
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, hackers, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Platform by any third party.
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. International Compatibility

• Global Applicability: These Terms are intended to be compatible with the laws of all countries in which Quikin.vip operates. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• Compliance with Local Laws: You agree to comply with all local laws and regulations applicable to your use of the Quikin.vip app and services.

13. Changes to Terms

Quikin.vip reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

14. Rating and Review System

• User Ratings and Reviews:
  • The App allows users to rate and review partnered venues based on their experiences.
  • Users can rate venues on a scale of 1 to 5 stars and provide written feedback.
  • Ratings and reviews must be based on your genuine experience and must not contain offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content.
  • Quikin.vip reserves the right to remove or edit any rating or review that violates these Terms or our content guidelines.
• Business Ratings and Reviews:
  • Partnered venues may also rate and review users based on their conduct and interactions within the venue.
  • Venues can rate users on a scale of 1 to 5 stars and provide feedback regarding their behaviour.
  • Business ratings and reviews must be based on genuine interactions and must not contain offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content.
  • Quikin.vip reserves the right to remove or edit any rating or review that violates these Terms or our content guidelines.
• Impact of Ratings:
  • User ratings and reviews are visible to other users and may affect your ability to access certain features or benefits within the App.
  • Business ratings and reviews are visible to users and may impact a venue's reputation within the App.
  • Consistently low ratings may result in account suspension or termination for both users and businesses at Quikin.vip's sole discretion.
• Dispute Resolution:
  • If you believe a rating or review is unfair or violates these Terms, you may contact Quikin.vip at legals@quikin.vip with details of your concern.
  • Quikin.vip will investigate disputes and take appropriate action, which may include removing or editing the rating or review in question.

15. Venue Partner Recommendation and Reward Program

• Eligibility: To be eligible for the reward credit, the user must be the first to recommend the potential new venue partner through the Quikin app.
• Reward Credit: The reward credit will be added to the recommender's account once the recommended venue becomes a partner business and completes at least 100 transactions.
• Account Requirements: The reward will only be granted to the recommender if they have a valid Quikin account at the time of recommendation.
• Use and Restrictions: The awarded credit can only be used at the referred venue, is not transferable to any other venue or user account, and has no cash value. The credit is valid for 30 days from the date of activation.
• Additional Terms: The reward is contingent upon the venue successfully becoming a partner business and meeting the transaction threshold. Quikin reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time.
